Drip Coffee Ethiopia by Idealist

The coffee grows in the Keffu / Limu region of Ethiopia at an altitude of 1700 - 2200 metres, in a climate that creates ideal conditions for slow, even ripening of the berries. The grain is processed using the washed method, which involves thorough washing, sorting and controlled fermentation. This method ensures a clean and deep flavour profile and allows you to reveal all the notes of the bean in a cup of coffee.

The taste is dominated by tea notes, which give the drink a refined and fresh feel. The delicacy of flowers and the juiciness of citrus complement the coffee profile with brightness and freshness, while hints of stone fruit add sweet depth and a mild aftertaste.
