Drip Coffee Something Special by Idealist

For the “Something Special” collection, we selected coffee from the El Limo farm, located at 1,350–1,500 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Apaneca mountain range. The farm’s owner, Edith Eleonora Lemus de Díaz Nuila, has spent many years working with varieties that express their full potential in the unique conditions of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region.

This area was the first in El Salvador to receive the Designation of Origin for its coffee. Thanks to a combination of volcanic soils, elevation differences, and stable humidity and temperature, a unique coffee heritage has developed here. It is also the birthplace of the Pacas variety, which has become one of El Salvador’s signature coffees.

These natural conditions, combined with natural anaerobic fermentation, create a truly distinctive flavor — bright notes of dark berries, truffle, dried mango, and dark chocolate. With the “Something Special” drips, you can enjoy this taste every day, wherever you are.
